Tim “Bo” Snell, Owner
Tim “Bo” Snell was born and raised in Asia (South Korea and Indonesia) before returning to the U.S. where he earned a BA from Campbell University and an MA in English from UNC-Chapel Hill. Tim is both an ISA Certified Arborist (#SO-2907A) and a TCIA Certified Treecare Safety Professional (#01457). He is currently studying to become a Board Certified Master Arborist.
Brent Niedergall, Training Officer
Brent is a former Military Intelligence Officer & competitive long-distance runner. He has been with Snell Tree since April 2014. He is currently working on his second graduate degree and is a straight-A student.
Travis Vickerson, Lead Climber
Travis has worked at Snell Tree since Spring 2014. He is a trained EMT (Intermediate), SRT-Climber Certified, Heavy Rigging Certified, and has numerous other certifications under his belt. He knows how to get things done.
Dan Burton, Safety Officer
Dan is the Equipment/Shop Foreman. He is also an EMT & BLS Instructor. Dan is in charge of getting every employee First Aid & CPR Certified. A recent addition to Snell Tree, Dan served 8 years in the Marine Corps and is cool under pressure.
Nick Sabbato, Heavy-Equipment Operator
The newest addition to our team, Nick served 8 years as a U.S. Marine and is a quick learner. He plans to hone his climbing skills and obtain his Commercial Driver’s License (CDL). Nick enjoys working out at the gym in his spare time.
Josh Evans, Groundsman
Josh has returned to Snell Tree Experts after leaving to pursue further education. He loves trees so much he named two of his three children after them: Rowan and Cedar. His third child is named Liam, which we like to think is a play on the word "limb." Josh is working towards his CDL and is studying to become an ISA Certified Arborist.
Terri Lane, Financial Administrator
Terri oversees all of the financial details and special projects. Terri has Associate Degrees in Business Administration, Senior Accounting and Merchandising and has QuickBooks certifications. She is dedicated to having our company run smoothly and to growing our business.
Amanda Hunt, Director of Operations & Marketing
Amanda has her Bachelor's in Psychology, teaching certification in Special Education, and Master's in Library Science. She is now ready to take on the task of streamlining the functions of our office.
